MIM (Advanced metal injection moulding)
Complicated finished components produced by milling or turning may often make your products too expensive to remain competitive in large quantities.
Many of these components can be produced much more economically using advanced MIM technology.
This technology is able to drastically reduce production costs whilst still ensuring high quality.
The components are produced by injecting metal powders combined with binders into multi chamber moulding forms.
After injection moulding, the parts are sintered. This process is particularly suitable for complicated parts with weights under 200g.
